Here to tell you what they’re looking out for, when they shortlist are two media professionals, Claire Davis and Daniel Morrissey. Between them they’ve got experience recruiting in pretty much every part of the creative professions. I started by asking Daniel how important good grades are in making the grade and getting a job in media.
